EMC Newsletter Features the Pantry in Giving Back Article
The Franklin Food Pantry was recently featured in an article, “Employees Give Back,” in one of EMC’s employee newsletters. In the Q1-2015 issue of WISE (Workplace Innovation for Success and Excellence), the article was included in a larger spread about the many ways that EMC gives back to the community.
The newsletter is printed and distributed to employees at the Franklin manufacturing plant, and is also available to employees around the world via EMC’s intranet website.
We are thankful to EMC for all of their support throughout the year, and for helping us inform others about the importance of hunger relief and our mission.
Food and non-food donations can be placed in the bin by our front door at 43 West Central St. Please be mindful of what you leave given the weather conditions.

Food Pantry now open
With the schools open today (Feb 10th), the Food Pantry returns to 'normal' operation.
Please be careful moving about town, the roads are narrow and the sidewalks not yet cleared.

As is our practice, we follow the lead on what the Town of Franklin does for weather emergencies. The School notification was just received (see below).

A message from FRANKLIN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
Hello
Based on direction from our public safety officials all schools will be closed on Tuesday 1/27 and Wednesday 1/28.
There will be no school activities Monday 1/26, Tuesday 1/27 or Wednesday 1/28.
All School buildings will be closed during this time. Town Hall will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday as well.
There will be no Recreation programs nor evening basketball.
We wanted to convey the information early so families may make plans.
The HS schedule of exams will be disseminated by the HS administration.
