Tavolino where Chef Greg Galano will be serving up
wild boar gnocchi slow braised with Sangiovese wine and
peppercorn and mint pesto brushed lamb lollipops. Chef Chad Terry of
3 Restaurant will offer
Jumbalaya with Rock shrimp, chicken and
andouille sausage, a house specialty.
